ECCLESIASTICAL STATEMENT

HOUSE OF POLANCO TEMPLE is a sacred spiritual trust formed by covenant in the year 2010. We are an ecclesiastical body recognized as a church under divine and natural law, existing beyond the scope of corporate or state-defined religious entities.

We operate in accordance with:

• The First Amendment of the United States Constitution

• The Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA)

• And Internal Revenue Code § 508(c)(1)(A), which affirms our exemption from federal taxation without need for 501(c)(3) registration.

This trust is:

• Not incorporated

• Not for profit in the commercial sense

• Not subject to state control over doctrine, property, or governance

Our teachings, land stewardship, and spiritual activities are protected expressions of religious belief, and all donations, declarations, and ceremonies are conducted under sacred right and ecclesiastical authority.

Visitors, participants, and contributors engage with this temple voluntarily and with full acknowledgment of our status as a private religious body.
